aside from an inconsistent defensive premise that he has half-heartedly instilled, i really see him harming the success of the talent available at his finger tips with this roster. i just finished watching the bobcats (2nd worst team in the league) come back in the final 2 minutes of the game to tie and then win in overtime ... this is ridiculous. how can you not instill determination and focus in your players for 2 final minutes to close the game and extend a winning streak to 9 games ... against the charlotte bobcats? this sort of thing has happened far too often. damon looks to be doing more coaching in his warm-ups lately during the games than brown is. i don't know, i just don't understand how focus can be lost in a situation like tonight's game. there's no excuse for it. replacement required.
